Job Description:

Planning & delivering CRM campaigns from conceptualization through to analysis & budgeting
Encouraging customer retention & customer loyalty through a variety ο media
Developing targeted marketing activities & micro selling programs
Qualifications needed:

University Degree in Marketing or Communication
A Postgraduate Degree is prerequisite
7 years, experience of Customer Relationship Management & Direct Marketing ideally in a similar industry
Strong background in customer acquisition, re engagement & retention strategies
Extensive account management skills based on important national & international clientele
Understanding of the online & offline media as well as Social Media environment Excellent command of the Greek and English language (written, spoken)
